A sound engineer is the conduit for everything the audience and performers hear. We usually have a multitude of tasks going on at any given moment, and we must perform every single one of these with absolute skill and accuracy, never missing a beat. Every sonic element must clearly heard, and the overall mix must always be comfortable and satisfying to the listener. My very discerning ears tell me just what adjustments are needed at any given moment, and my musical background helps me bring a subtlety and cohesiveness to my mixes that perfectly showcases each performance. |

Having a capable professional behind the scenes is the key to a seamless experience onstage. My strong technical knowledge, proactivity, and careful attention to detail ensure that everything is connected, tested, and functioning properly before each performance. I am able to clearly and effectively communicate with the engineer, sound designer, and other members of the production team, and if a problem does occur during a performance, I quickly find and correct that problem to minimize its impact on the performance. |
